I’ve had problems with greedy ponies forever. I’ve done the soaking, used slow feeder nets, hung nets from the roof etc….
Nothing seems to work so hay lasts long enough no matter how much I give it’s always gone in morning.
I have an Easigrazer now I could fill it with a whole bale and she’d probably finish it. So I’m wondering would chopping the hay first in short strands a bit like chaff work? She’d only be able to get a small amount at a time? Has anyone don’t this could it work? Thankyou
