I am not selling but I wonder if I paid the right amount for my pony so if anyone would like to give their opinion on what she is worth I would be grateful.

She is a 10 year old 13.3 hh Highland pony. Well mannered on the ground and under saddle. Hacks out alone or in company. No vices. Doesn't buck or rear. She works nicely on a contact but will happily plod round on a hack or in the school with a complete novice.

Is there anything else I should mention?

£3K I would think would be about right, unless she has specifically wonderful Highland breeding which may add a bit?

She's lovely by the way!

Worth her weight in gold by the sounds of it! I would think about £3500 unless she has won a lot showing or something like that. She's a cutie.

Thanks everyone. You're all pretty close to the mark actually. I wouldn't sell her for any money now though because she is the best pony I have ever owned.

I think you could ask more - not that you are - as a nice Highland is fetching good money now. From the prices of Highlands that sell quickly on Horsequest I would say up to £5000 and more if she had a county level showing record.
