Can I feed out of date supps?

I knew I had more Yea Sacc and Biotin somewhere and I knew it was in the shed. I'm not allowed to rootle around in the shed as it goes against the natural order of things

Husband said 'no supps in shed', so I made a new order. The day they were delivered husbo had a shed sort and lo and behold.....

Anyway, they are out of date as of last month. Inactive now? How does it work?

I think they'd be fine, maybe marginally less effective, but if they're only a month out of date, I wouldn't think they'd be too bad.

I would, probably a bit less ineffective, but as its only a month I wouldn't think any difference.

I'd feed them (in fact I'm half way through some out of date yea sacc!)
The date is only a guide, and those 'guides' have very generous margins!
If it is a 'use by' rather than 'best before'them that is a totally different kettle of fish & could potentially be dangerous (but those apply to perishables
