Refusing to think about the renewal quote as there is at least six months to go until that needs facing up to

they are good! i got my cheque in like a week or two after beau's abscess thanks to the vets wonderful suture c**k up!!!
They were really understanding and quick about it, and also I don't think it will affect our renewal cost as it isnt anything to do with him!

maybe they'll tell me to change vets?!

YAY for Tesco! Boo hiss for Natwest - despite advertising Saturday opening on TV, the branch in Diss is shut - guess that's a lunchtime trip on Monday then, rubbish.

Thats great to hear.... Ihave both dogs insured with Tesco and the vet warned me that you have a hard job to get any money out of them

I had my old GSD insured with Tesco, they paid up very promptly throughout her treatment and surgery for cancer. Sdly I don't know if my renewal would have been affected as she was pts

I did chase them on the phone a couple of times, partly because it wasn't my own vet that sent the forms so wanted to check they arrived ok. However they didn't quibble the claim at all.
