He conned me earlier. Thought he was still doped up to the eyeballs, so didn't bother closing the door when I filled up his water. The swine tiptoed out of his stable and made a beeline for the nearest bit of grass!

Just girding my loins to go back up and check him. I'm not a massive fan of solo visits to isolated yards late at night, but have a couple of them to do tonight!! Joy...
 
Vibes seem to have done the trick! Alf is out in the field,has had a very comprehensive roll, a buck and a canter round, and is now grazing happily. He did 4 poos overnight, and the only remaining worry is that he still isn't drinking normally. It's pretty wet out there, so hopefully that'l help with the dehydration!

Warm water? Mine definitely drink more when they get warm water from the house than the cold yard stuff. :) x

What about some very wet Speedibeet made with warm water? I've used it with my girl when it's cold and she's not drinking much

Tried that last night - he played with it for a bit, took a mouthful and spat it all over me. I think he's playing me...
