Okay, went xc schooling this morning with my 5yr TB, she has started to jump this year and is very keen
i am also gaining confidence with jumping after a long break away from horses, i have had her over a year now and she has taught me alot. She gets braver every time we jump, i must admit shes braver than me! planning on picking up jumping lessons again in the near future.
We did try our hand at dressage but she hates schooling so shes currently having time out from that and doing exciting things instead such as xc, cubbing, hacking etc....
Her overall style of jumping has improved this year too as at first she used to have quite dangly front legs mid jump, but she seems to be throwing a better shape over them.
Also when shes approaching she does all the normal bunny hops/mini rears etc but really chucks her head up despite having a running martingale on?? any tips?
Also Please can i have some cc on how to improve position etc and anything helpful
thanks
