well I've never seen a Welsh with THAT MUCH feather, its a good looking gypsy cob but not a welsh!! Then it doesn't state its Welsh in the advert, just the section the advert is placed in.

Zalacca, you can't register a pony that is coloured as a welsh, thats not to say that you don't get ponies with lots of white, they'd only be eligible for partbred registration
