can i have your opinions please as regards to my two year olds conformation etc...... i am aware he is not perfect but when i look at him i am obviously biased so would like to hear what others think and if there is anything i can do to improve his faults. p.s he is at that gangly stage.lol.

In the bottom photo, he appears to be a tad sickle-hocked, and on a personal level I'd rather he had a more refined neck, but other than that, he looks like a lovely sort.

I think he's going to be absolutely stunning when he's matured. Love the look of him, congratulations on such a nice youngster. He looks so happy, calm and relaxed too.

its quite hard to judge at 2 - obviously a little croup high at the moment but not a fault as that is to be expected as he grows up. Short coupled which I like. Neck will come up when working and to me he looks like the type who is going to keep growing well into being 6 or 7. Big shoulder (so you will fun saddle fitting on that!). Pasterns a little on the sloping side on that so would keep an eye on that, but I really like how calm and relaxed he is...!

He's a lovely sort, and what a mature boy! I think he'll have a lot of power behind when he matures. I like horses like him with slightly higher hindquarters. You must be very proud of him and I'm so glad you're keeping him.
