Can I leave his muzzle on?

Quick question before dark. For 3 days pony has been wearing dinky rugs muzzle to help reduce his intake normally grazing for 6 ish hours then in on soaked hay till next morning. He's more or less got the hang of it not worn one before. He has to stay out tonight, have given evening feed & left him grazing bare for 1.5 hours. Should I go out & muzzle him again or leave him till morning. Grass is reasonably good hence the need for muzzle in first place.

Put the muzzle on - if it's just a one off, no problem. Some peeps do leave them on all the time, but I wouldn't usually

leave it on he'll be fine my cob is muzzled 24 hours a day with the occasional break in between muzzle changes or the luxury of going onto better grass for an hour or so with his muzzle on. still getting more than enough grass as i can't feel his ribs just yet!
