Can I legally put signs up on the council-owned grass verges by the road?

If we can confirm the car was definitely him then we will be doing so.
Don't want to point the finger unless we know for definite!

I wonder if you could wear a camera to hack out? Then you'd have evidence and you could show it to the council/police.

Tennis ball colour. :D It stuck here after we had a bit of an argument if it was green or yellow.

If yard is on the boundary of the road, I have seen this as a 6ft x 6ft banner and have to say it was rather effective!

That'd slow me down!!

Going to look into the option of wearing cameras. Definitely not letting it go. Something has to be done. Even if it slows down just a few of the idiots!

:( at that picture

IME of petitioning for slower speed limits, they will only change after x number of incidents/accidents. One road one pedestrian has been killed on, and numerous car accidents, yet still 60mph, sadly it's a rat run the local bitch of a planning officer uses to run her kids to school, and she does her damnedest to block anything that will impact her

I would put signs up, there are always signs for fetes/beer festivals up, it's not like you'll put your phone number on it, who's to know its you? ;)
