Indeed it does. And it's healthier for the horse not to carry extra weight, even if it makes the rider look smaller. So heavier horse doesn't automatically mean it can carry a larger rider better, only if it's a healthy weight, muscle etc. Legs hanging down isn't really an issue to me, unless there's fences involved.View attachment 171999
