I'm embarrased to say I have a few weeds in my sandschool. Not loads, but just annoying and quite thin and sparse. Anyway, over the summer I have pulled them up, but they are persistent!

So, i wonder, can I spray the sand school? Or would that ruin the sand? I also have a membrane underneath - would any weeds which died and rotted as a result of the spray ruin the membrane?

thanks

Yes spray them with something like roundup then clear the residue when its all died off...

I have to spray mine at least 3 times a year (should probably do more schooling!) I use round up at a 1:20 dilution with a knapsack sprayer. Its fine.
