can i use a brass browband instead of a plain leather one?

As above really.
I have a Section B M&M that i using for leid rein showing classes inc WHP & M&M etc
The pony would be wearing a plaine cavason noseband but im not sure if a Clencher/brass brow band is permissable?

I think you'd be best to stick to a plain leather browband.

agree. I thought brass browbands were only used on driving bridles

They used to be used only on stallions for showing and on driving horses, never on ridden geldings or mares and would look wrong in a lead rein class.

You could get a plaited leather one if looking for something slightly different.

I used to use a brass brow band on my WHP/H and had many successful wins.
