Unless you mean because you have ridden representationally - in which case I would think you still can do Prelim but what the hell do I know

Its normally Comb of horse and rider, so if you have no BD points or won any money then yes you can do a Prelim

Sorry, no you can't do prelim and novice is at open level, as is elementary and medium - you're just tooo good!

No you won't be able to do prelim. You can do it but it will have to be HC or open and you won't be able to qualify. I'm pretty sure I'm right. There's a girl on our yard with a 4 yr old and she was actually complaining earlier that since she's won at elementary and got points at medium she can't do prelims - you've ridden at higher level than that haven't you?
 
A Group 3 rider may only compete HC at Prelim. You need to go straight into Novice in the Open section I'm afraid!
