can someone explain something to me..........

i brought poppy in the other day she was fine apart from there was an escaped cow in our yard/stabling area!! when i took her back to the field the big gelding who she loves was waiting for her at the gate, i took her in, took her headcollar off she walked over to him did her usual flirty squeeling and bum flashing, but this time she lifted her tail and was literally squirting him with stuff out her bottom!!!!!! :S i was like ewwww, what is this stuff??
