as post her name is pantymel bay lady reg sec c chestnut mare.
apparently qualified hoys 2007 or the 12.2hh jumping.
trying to sell her but cant find any proof . can anyone help.

She may have qualified but not actually gone to HOYS? If you contact BSJA they can give you a print out - for a fee- that will tell you if she was placed in any qualifiers. However, there aren't any Bay Lady's that are 12.2 on the horse search

Any particular reason why you just cannot go direct to The BSJA?? What paperwork were you given when you purchased the mare?
 
The other thing is with the BSJA is that unless you are the current registered owner of the pony they will charge you to look at the record
