Can someone please post a picture of a correctly sized loose ring?

I have always used bit guards with loosering bits so I judge how they fit according to that. However having been attempting to find the correct size of veribend (they size up very small) I am currently unsure if i have the correct width or not!
Any help much appreciated!!
