Can someone recommend me a grackle bridle please?

Hello,

I'm looking for a new grackle for my connemara, can anyone suggest one?
I like the John Whitaker ones - Mexican Grackle?
If anyone has any recomendations of any others let me know please

Our 148 had one of those but the leatherwork wasn't the best quality and the keepers on the flash kept breaking. I'd try another make to be honest.

I have a Jaguar/Harry Dabbs bridle (purchased for only £35 off eBay!) and everybody keeps commenting on what a lovely bridle it is. The leather quality is exceptional!

Otherwise I like the look of the Dy'on Grackle Bridles or Frank Baines

yeah I have had both and loved both, agree with measles not a fan on the quality of the JW mine fell to bits.

Baines, MT, or JW I have all 3 and love them all, my JW one has lasted perfectly, where as my Baines and MT have all had bits break and need repalcing.

I've got a Frank Baines grackle bridle and I love it! Reasonably priced and very nice leather

I got mine from Evison Equine, www.evisonequine.co.uk. Its fab, nice soft English leather, comfort headpiece and real sheepskin on the noseband that lasts, unlike some which use fluff that rubs away over time. Mine was £65, reins are extra.
