Looking to affiliate my mare this year as up to the 2ft9-3ft levels. How do i go about registering her and how much does it cost?
Also when she is registered how is prize money recorded in passport (is it wrote in there and then at the show) do you have to give passports in before the class starts or after? Many thanks to any replies

If you go on the website all prices are on there - I've only experience with junior membership so no help really!! Prize money record doesn't go onto your passport it goes on your BS record which you can access online. You don't have to hand in passport at shows but when you register you must send it to BS for them to stamp xx

For first time members there are some great introductory rates, check the membership offers page, if you're not sure about a whole years membership, you can now just join for six months only as well. Also if you are a member of a riding or pony club they have a 'new' member offer for you and your horse, for £125 per year, for the first two years which much cheaper! (normally around £200 per year) if you're not a member of a riding club it may be worth joining so you can take up this offer.

Good Luck!:)

Sorry - Also meant to say, winnings are not recorded on your passport, just with BSJA. You can view them yourself as a member and others can get this info if requested, but for a small fee.
