Further to my post last night I need to write an ad for my girl - I can't find the words at all so wondered if someone else could!

16.1hh warmblood mare
4 yrs old
Unbroken but lunging with tack on and ready to back
Good prospect as either riding horse or broodmare
SHB(GB) reg but eligible for pink BWBS papers
Good to box, shoe, catch and clip
Good home essential and she is very reasonably priced to the right home.
Might consider loan with view to buy but would need to remain on present yard.
Jabs / worming / teeth all up to date

Can someone help me fashion this into something sensible please??

scotsmare - I think you have just written it!

Personally I like to see short sharp facts & no waffliness in an ad, and what you have put is fine - just include price.

Sorry you are having to sell btw. Wish I had more room here or was closer - I'd come and back her for you.

Stunning 4 year old 16.1hh warmblood mare. She is currently being lunged with tack on, and is ready to back. She is a good prospect as either a riding horse or a broodmare, and she is SHB (GB) registered but is eligible for pink BWBS papers. 100% box, shoe, catch and clip. Jabs/worming\teeth all up to date. Sensibly priced as a good home is more important than the price. Might consider loan with view to buy, but would have to remain at current yard.

How's that? You just need to add your price

It's horrible writing ads, but I'd go for:

Warmblood mare 16.1hh, 4years old.

This mare has been started correctly, and has been lunged with tack. She would be an excellent prospect as a riding horse or broodmare as she is SHB (GB) registered and is eligible for BWBS pink papers.

A fantastic horse to box, shoe, catch and clip, and all vaccinations and her teeth and worming programme are all up to date.

Would consider loan with a view to buy, but must stay at present yard during this period.

Good home essential, and price negotiable for the right person.
