Can we all do a combine dance?? Please!!

Just like we do a rain dance when we want rain, I now need everyone to do a combine jig....as I desperately need a wheat field cut and baled by saturday night!!! Great Chart Happy Hack, the horse ride we organise is on Sunday, and we have one field left, right at the start of the ride, which is the only wheat field left that I need cutting!!! Otherwise there is no route!!! So come on everyone, get your dancing shoes (or wellies...I am not fussy!) and get that combine out!!!!!!!
 
Doing the combine jig over here for you!! x (Not sure how it goes but ill give it a whirl! - Hope im not doing the rain dance by accident though :eek:)
 
I am also doing the combine dance, as I want some peace and quiet to do stuff with my horses (hubby drives the combine :rolleyes:) instead of a moaning farmer husband thinking the world is ending this summer!

However, it is throwing it down here this morning so the only hope is that it dries up this afternoon, blows a hooley gail for the rest of the day and 30 degrees tomorrow.. dancing away...:D
 
We still haven't had our hay baled, we desperately need to move our horses but can't because it's not yet been cut.

It's all been flopped over for so long now I'm starting to really worry about how the field will be after it's been cut. This "summer" is just pants :(:(

Perhaps we could do a joint combine/hay cutting dance?! :D
 
Be careful you don't do the wrong dance- a combine caught fire the other day, just up the road to us, and burnt down half the field! Combine/ hay making dances are very specific things ;)
 
Mine goes something like this:

2 steps to the left,
clap your hands,
Twirl
clap your hands,
cartwheel to the right
clap your hands,
twirl, clap your hands
raise arms in the air and do 'jaz hands' down to your waist,
two steps back,
front flip,

start from the beginning, keep going until you collapse with exhaustion!! x
