i cant see the problem, he is one eyed , he is Scottish ( nothing wrong in that ) and he is an Idiot , the only thing that is offensive is that most of the nulabour voters havent realised this

Get this, I went to the shop to get my lunch and the headline on the telegraph is ' NHS staff will get sack if they discuss religion'. If thats true things have gotton well out of hand.
 
I think its a little unfair to describe gordon as a idiot,
he has mannaged to con a large percentage of the population into thinking he was doing the right thing for the economy while realy just screwing more taxes out of us , to waste on buracrats and stupid illconsiderd projects and borrowing more for the same and to bail out his labour peer friends in the banks..you could discribe him as a crook or conman perhaps but not an idiot he has known all along what he was doing.. oh and has he ever given a straight answer to an intervievers question????

I burst out laughing when I heard it on the news! I have a couple of friends who live near Brisbane but have gone for a long weekend in Sydney and are going to JC and Richard Hammond's Top Gear show there. I shall await their report!!!

Scottish Tiggy don't forget Scotland's First Minister (when I lived there) stated he didn't mind who won a certain football match as long as it wasn't England.

When I lived in Scotland I was slightly p****** off at English people being referred to by locals Scots as White Settlers.

Such remarks are always offensive when you are the nationality on the receiving end but not so when you are giving it out.

I am Scottish and have never heard the English being reffered to like you have stated!!!
 
The phrase White Settler was used when I attended a public meeting in either Stathyre or Balquidder Glen - don't remember which. Local Councillors in attendance had no problem.
