Can we organise a boycott of the RSPCA?

The Scottish SPCA are great. They have very professional Inspectors, Its a shame about their crap upper managenent though. To many chiefs and not enough Indians as they say ;)

To be honest the current Chief Superintendent is fantastic, it is him who is responsible for cutting back all the benefits for the upper management, making things a little more decent for the basic Inspectors but as it should be his total concerns and efforts go into making it easier to bring justice to the animals who need it.

erm, like I say, mentioning Inspectorate names on a public forum is a total no-no. The first thing an Inspector has to learn is TOTAL discretion and an ability to keep confidence. That has annoyed me.

If the RSPCA is as good as some of you guys think - can you please explain to me how those poor animals are still in this mans care.... do you think the video was photoshopped together ! PLEASE and if it was not for ADI what would the RSPCA have been doing a BIG FAT ZERO - the only reason they are involved now is because the general public made so many phone calls and e-mails to them they have been FORCED to do something - if the RSPCA was as great as some of you think those animals would be in care RIGHT NOW if not YESTERDAY.

Oh and can someone just remind me how much were the new HQ ?..... what is the annual salary of the top knobs at the RSPCA......? oh and as for your inspectors - how come horses were rack thin and eating stones ! yes stones becuase they were so hungry but yet were still being used as riding school mounts.... and that was after being reported week in and week out for over 6 years by many.... and yes i was one of them that called, took photos etc - would not be because the local inspector was a "relative" of the hacking stables now would it???????
 
The trouble is, the circus guy would have told the RSPCA that the employee who was filmed abusing Anne has been fired.They can;t just remove her. I personally would bet my house that Anne has been suffering abuse for many many years and not just from that employee, it is the same for many many circus animals :(

I am 100% against animal circuses but the government told me that they can't just ban animal circuses, it is down to DEFRA who carry out 'extensive' research into the enviroment blah blah blah.... Load of crap!

Boycott circuses with animals in.

P.s without that video the RSPCA could do nothing anyway.
They could search the premises and ask to see the animals but if all is fine and dandy looking what can they do?

I agree with you for what its worth, but know that there is a hideous amount of red tape when it comes to circus animals. I have the letters to prove that :(
