Can you get 16inch Adjustable Jump Saddles?

My friend is looking for an adjustable Jump Saddle, 16" seat and is really struggling to find anything. She has a short chubby pony which doesn't seem to be very well catered for.

Any ideas? Needs to be inexpensive.

If by adjustable you mean something like the Bates/Wintec system or Thorowgood Fish then I'm afraid the smallest size seems to be a 16.5". She may need to go up to this size, after all .5" is hardly going to make much difference & start looking again.
