Can you get sweet iron bits not loose ring?

Need one with a french link/lozenge, but not loose ring as she's pulling it through her mouth and then cutting lips where they join. Newish bit so not due to wear. I could try a size larger but think could well have same problem.

Korsteel makes french link sweet iron snaffles but they are loose ring. I've never seen any sweet iron bit that have eggbutt cheeks unfortunately, or full cheeks. I used to put rubber bit guards on my horse's sweet iron bit to help prevent it rubbing the corners of his mouth. Hope this helps.

I wanted a lozenge mouthpiece, but couldn't find one easily. I decided that the most important thing was to stop the discomfort caused by the loose ring than the style of the mouthpiece.
The horse goes really well with the single joint, so I dont know what I was worried about!
