Can you recommend a combo rug for a thick necked pony?

My section a has a thick neck and her neck isn't the best set on so together it's difficult to get a combo rug that does up properly. The last combo rug I got for her I made my own velcro insert so that it held together properly. I'm not looking for a rug really as the one she has now works ok but would be interested to hear any of your recommendations for the next time I buy a combo rug. I have enough difficulty finding the rug I like in her size (4'9) without the extra trouble of trying to find a rug that does up- if all else fails I can stop buying combo rugs fulls top and stick to a standard neck

Sorry, i was going to say the Mark Todd are very generous but i don't think they do a 4'9" but I could be wrong...

Only think i would suggest would be to buy a rug that you can buy a separate neck for. That way you can get the rug that fits and a larger size in the neck?

Check out the link on my siggy, its my yard owner she specializes in made to measure rugs for small ponies, she's make me some amazing rugs for my little welshies... Would mean you have a rug for life made specifically for your pony, you just have to send the measurements...

Thanks everyone they're all really good suggestions and I'll take remember than when buying my next rug. Glad I'm not the only one who seems to have a problem with thick necked ponies.
