Can you recommend a good vet please? Nr Peterborough/Oakham

Hi everyone

We've been to see a horse near Peterborough (12 miles) / Oundle (8 miles) / Oakham (11 miles) today and want to have it 5 stage vetted. Its quite likely I won't be able to attend the vetting so really want a proper equine vet practice if possible, so can anyone recommend one please?

I'm not sure who the vendor's vet is at this point but will obviously find out!

I can recommend Fellowes Farm Vets and Oakham Vets. Both are equine vets and I'm pretty sure they'll both cover that area.

I was going to say, I know there's Oakham Vets as we used to get a lot of veterinary reports from then in equine claims.

Isle vets may be a bit out of the way for Peterborough though.

Thank you so much to everyone for your suggestions. The vendor uses both Oakham and Tower so I've gone with Fellowes and they are doing the vetting at 12 on Friday, so fingers crossed...!
