can you recommend me a new farrier please - kent?

My regular chap has been taken ill

Ideally someone who is good with youngsters and can do barefoot as well as shod plus really really ideally one who can use the soundhorse glue ons?

I am between Maidstone and Tunbridge wells.

I would start by asking your vet who he/she likes to work with.I

I'd recommend my farrier, Ben Edmed, based near Eynsford. One of mine had Sound horse glue ons for years and when I moved up from Sussex, Ben took over using these from my previous farrier. Let me know if you're interested and I'll pm you his number.

Heelfirst - I have tried that but I am right on the edge of my vets zone (moved house and wanted to stick with them) so the guy I was using was the only one that fitted the bill sadly.
