Can you wear a stock with a hacking jacket (also in hunting forum)

Some advice please! Can you wear a stock with a hacking jacket (this is for a hound exercise) or do you have to wear a shirt and tie? Am rather new to all this!

I usually wear a tie but you can wear a stock. I sometimes wear a coloured one with my tweed

You can wear a coloured stock with tweed, not a white one.

Shirt and tie is correct for hound exercise and cubbing (as are brown boots rather than black) but nobody will mind if you wear a stock.

NEVER a white stock with tweed though, always coloured.
