Hi,

My 4 month old Lab has become very fussy with his food.

He's gone through Sainsbury's complete (given by his breeder) to Wainright and Hills vetessential.

I've read in several sites and speaking to other Lab owners that Royal Canin Labrador Junior is really good but when I went to get it from shop I was recommended Canagan and it seems to have very good reviews in http://www.whichdogfood.co.uk/dog-food-reviews/0666/canagan.

So Im now torn about what food to feed my pup..

I still got Royal canin and he's had some tonight but hasn't gone mad over it... so not sure...

Any advice??

Thanks

I personally wouldn't feed any of your suggested dry foods, sorry.

If it has to be a dry food then I don't think you can go far wrong with Skinners tbh.

We found that with food for our Andy (Fox), it's usually a good idea to spend a bit more and make sure it's good... He's a pretty fussy eater and will just refuse to eat anything that doesn't appeal to him, lol. We mostly get Hills, but as that tends to get a bit expensive we often check out sites like this one to get a bit of a discount. :)

A fussy lab, wow. Every one I've ever know is an eating machine with no taste.
On the subject of good feeds, I use Arden Grange. I am completely happy with health and weight and toilet deposits but I would be interested to hear other people's opinion on this brand.

Mine was a bit fussy too but now loves her skinners Salmon and Rice. My Dad's german shepherd was really really fussy but not helped by him pandering to her and cutting up bits of everything to get her to eat (who needs teeth!!) and mixing in half can tinned crap! I've now finally got him to feed her the skinners too and she now chases the bowl around, no tinned just dry skinners.
