When did your horse get their canine teeth, how long did they take to fully come through and what were your experiences?

I don't think they always do come through...some horses have them and with some horses they stay under the gum. One of my horses has a canine tooth on one side and not the other so it does vary from one horse to another.....

My 7yr old has got them coming through! They started coming through in march and still not through yet (vet said can take up to 6 months!!). They are causing him a bit of discomoft aswell.
