Any recommendations for part livery with direct access to Cannock Chase? Not worried about a school but really missing good hacking and want to get some weight off my mare!

You could try Buxtons on the A34. You do have to cross the A34 to get to the chase, but it’s easy access once you have (bridleway along the side of a field and then through one gate onto the chase). No idea what it’s like for livery, though - I don’t have my own horse, but I ride at the trekking centre on the opposite side of the road to Buxtons.

I've got a friend just moved there who likes it so it's a good possibility, was hoping there might be somewhere with direct access and no roads but guess that is asking a bit much :)

You could try around Brocton or Milford. I think a friend of mine used to have a loan horse that way, but I have no idea at which yard.
