can't believe what i saw today

I have been out for the day with hubby, and on the way home we saw someone riding on the very busy A1, i'm gobsmacked! they were coming along a slip road in the opposite direction, very dangerous if you ask me.

Where abouts? If its the "old" A1 then I don't see a problem, I've ridden on the bit at the Selby fork, and there is a bridle path down the side of the new A1(M) in the same area.

yes It was vey good, but don't think I would have risked it with all the bank holiday traffic

Gosh! I hate even driving down the A1! Would never contemplate riding along it!
