As the title says... This bit *or similar* In a french link? Anybody know where to find one? If they are even made? Not sure if a different make calls them something else?

First thing; you have to figure out whether you want a loose ring OR an eggbutt - they are totally different bits. Try Derby House; they have a great selection of bits.
Yes. Not really an eggbut but more a gentle sort of curvey thing at the edges!

Oh I wish they would just stop mushing up names of things! They should really give it a totally new name - the bit Chex has posted the link to isn't a loose-ring OR an eggbutt so why do they insist on calling it both
Out of interest what would you call it Tia? It has loose rings, but has the bit attached to the bit like an eggbut, so would be interested to know? Trying to think what barnsby called it...!?

thank you tia thats what i want to know and all the pictures posted so far are just plain loose ring french links and obviously easy to find!
