Can't find a nice part bred/anglo arab

Have you had a look on the Arabian Lines website? Also, have a look on the EGB classifieds, that is where I found my lovely arab.
 
Also the Horse Gossip forum, they have a part breds for sale section as well as sections for other types which may include ads for part breds.
 
It's a world wide problem! If I was looking for endurance I would probably still be looking, but as it was I wanted a dressage type, so ended up with a TB/Clydie cross. My first non-Arabian in over 20 years.
 
I had one when I was 15 and then Anglos where quite a usual fist horse type choice she was a great horse but you just don't see them out and about now it's a shame .
 
Thanks for that Faracat. I quite like the bottom one too, have sent them message. Only about 30 miles from me too. Not sure I like the fact that she is 5 and unbroken though!
 
It's nice to see that others like her, even the cheeky IHW. ;) It makes me feel that I don't have a terrible 'eye' for a horse even though I know that I like the really typey arabs (with good legs) more than the average horse owner.

Was going to mention both of these myself they breed some great horses.

That dark bay you found Faracat she is really really nice, there are a few very nice pure breds on AL at the moment having to sit on my hands big time, a few lovely youngsters bred by Cotswolds Arabians the grey filly makes me go cold I cant stop looking at her, that gorgeous little face I cant resist.
 
Sorry Measfen, I should have remembered the lovely Merlin and mentioned him.


PVB - she's brown not bay! :p ;) :D I agree re the Cotswolds filly. I love Ruger and hopefully she's inherited his short cannons (why isn't there a confo photo?).

Sorry I know she is brown, I know I did wonder why there is no confo picture? I love Ruger too and her Dam is pretty special too.

I knew you were teasing me! :p :p :p

The grey Ruger colt doesn't have a confo shot and the bay colt has a side on show photo that's not a proper confo shot. So maybe they just haven't taken the time to get them photographed for confo shots?
