Cant get my display pic back up...any ideas???

I was putting up a new display pic but on here it looked blurring for some reason...went to change it back to old one but was still showing the blurred one. So havent got one at all now...any ideas????

Put the new one on and leave it for a bit, sometime the Avatars take a while to update.
