I have my two ponies for sale- I only want to sell one of them- so the first to sell goes- the other stays. One of them MUST go by the end of August as we are moving. But other than 3 emails I've had no interest! I need the money from the sale of one of them in order to pay some of the moving bills. I have them advertised in Horsemart.co.uk Stabletalk.co.uk and thehorseexchange.com and in the local countrywide.

Not a nibble- what next? Keep putting adds up? take to auction? change the price? I really don't know what to do? anyone been through the same situation?

I'd love to sell there- much better quality site BUT at £55 for an add for two for 30 days its a massive cost (one of the reasons why I'm selling one) unless they offer second month free etc /something like that I can't really warrent the spend

I had a lovely pony that I was struggling to sell locally. Was quite hard up, and kept gettingtotally the wrong people come and look at him.

Put an add in H & H with a pic, yes expensive, but several promising calls the day it came out and sold to the first person who saw him. Worthwhile IMO.

I second H&H, if you just do an onlne add its not too exspensive, and to be honest most of us horse hunt on line anyway. . I Had a TB who sold in the 1st week. I had been on Horse mart and the local free adds for weeks and weeks.

Another thought would be PC classified
