Can't send PM's - any idea why?

Hi, sorry was unsure where to post this. Have been trying to send a private message but when I finish the message and 'continue' it tells me there is an error and I haven't filled in all the fields and to go back. I go back and my message has disappeared without sending. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you have filled in a title and the recipient

yup, and highlight then copy the message - especially if it's a long one! if the recipient's message box is full you'll lose what you've written
