Cantering in company

My lovely coloured cob is a star in company, he only trots and canters when told too even when others in front are being less well behaved. If a horse is less well behaved ( not naughty just a bit of a follower) , what kind of schooling would help?

Hi my tb was like this hes still strong but i can cope... The only thing that helped him behave when others were infront was cross county farm rides and the beach!! now on hack hes brill as long as im chilled x

Oohh just re read sorry but i would say cantering infront for a while and some side by side canyering with a friend and then split off then rejoin x
