My synthetic Premier Equine dressage saddle had a minor scuff/split on the cantle when I got it as I bought it 2nd hand. Now it has a slightly bigger one on the other side as it fell off the fence today onto concrete while I was shutting a gate. Aaarrgghhh...! (I am sure that the tree's okay as it wasn't that sort of fall.) I have been googling like mad trying to find a clip on or stick on cantle protector/cover that would look smart & cover up the damage but I am not doing very well. Surely I can't be the first person ever to drop their saddle? Obviously not, as its first owner did the same!
