car dog harness

Hi all
I am looking at getting my dog a harness the ones that you attach the seat belt through,could any one recommend one for me,also probably really dense question can you use them for taking the dog for a walk in them has well.

Wev'e just got one off ebay , it fits like a harness and the seatbelt goes through a loop attatched on the back of it and it has a dee ring to clip a lead onto
