Care for Ariat boots & chaps

I have a pair of black Ariat Devon Pro boots and close contact chaps waxed black. What is the best way to care for them? I have a brown saddle so am reluctant to use boot polish in case it comes off on saddle??? How do you all care for yours, I know Ariat have their own products but don't know which to use

I use whatever I am using on the saddles, usually a leather basalm, on my Ariat's.

On my Ariat jodphur boots and my Ariat chaps I just use their own brand Liquid Wax Leather conditioner.
