I hope this is the right section to post this.
I have purchased several items from Ryder Equine to then find out that they are a SCAM website! So be careful!
I tried to call them and emailed them but they don't reply. I left comments on their Facebook page and they deleted them within minutes!
Don't place any orders because you'll lose your money.
I wish I had checked Trust Pilot before ordering. It's full of bad reviews from other scam victims like me.

SCAM!!!!!!!

Its always dodgy when a website dont list an address, name, phone number of the business. On their site the only contact is ‘info@ryderequine.com’.

They’ve listed what i presume is their company registration number, so maybe you can follow that up and lodge a complaint in a more official manner?:

Registered in England, no. 12427925

They claim to answer emails from their website ‘contact us’ form within 72hrs, so perhaps wait a bit?

If you placed an order via credit card or paypal you can apply for chargeback with scams.
Its always best to use these means of paying with websites that dont give out much ‘contact address/phone’ info.

I bought some waterproof winter trousers from them in November with no problems.

Best winter trousers I've ever bought. I hope your issue is just a blip and soon sorted.
