I watched and really enjoyed it too, Bling? is a fab horse, Carl has a great way of talking and making you understand what he means, some people just make you feel you are frustrating them with your ignorance when they are talking to you!

Went to YHL also and literally stayed just long enough for the demo featuring Bling and to walk away with some of those damn reins he was advertising
Ive always liked Carl as he's got a very down-to-earth way of explaining things imo. Some dressage trainers almost seem to deliberately over complicate matters when theres no need to and it doesnt help the image of the sport at all!

OK having done as much googling as I can, I can't say that he is or isn't. I think my friends must have just said it as he's very camp. He seems like a very private person so I shall leave him to be private and delve no more!!

I went to Your Horse Live and thought he was really good
The 3 horses he brought with him were all absoloutely amazing, paricularly his Grand Prix horse

Oh to own a horse like Bling. Totally fabulous. I can't put into words my enjoyment watching him.
I think Carl is a great commentator. I only saw the last 15 mins of the demo least night - hope it is on again so I can see the rest. I loved Carl's commentary of the dressage at Badders too, very interesting and with a nice dose of humour added.
Had NO idea he wasn't with Spencer Wilton anymore. That must have been interesting, splitting the yard etc.

Good Looking and sooo friendly!
I did some work experience with him ages ago and made a complete fool of myself when I first met him!!!
He is fabulous to watch and is very down to earth and is happy to share info etc...
I had no idea he wasn't with Spencer still! Both very good looking!!!

Not name dropping or out but...! Carl Hester taught me to put exercise bandages on (in his exacting way)! I used to groom for a lady that he trained, used to go to his yard every couple of weeks. And 'camp' does even come close to describing him, bless him!
