Caroline is a good trainer, and gets alot of + feedback round here. You either really like her, or not, but she has trained with some good people and has a good facility at her use, so worth a try?
My friend used to use Patsy before she emigrated...very good trainer.. .In fact my friend used to say after a lesson with Patsy that she'd been through the mill as she does work you hard and gets good results too..she thoroughly enjoyed her tuition..
Both are good trainers though if you are purely looking for a dressage trainer then I would lean more towards Patsy. Both have good indoor and outdoor schools to work in. Why not try and arrange to watch a lesson with each trainer to see which one you would be most comfortable working with?

Thats so true!! I think shes great - she really gets the way i ride, but my sister refuses to have any lessons with her!! It always seems to end in disaster!!
Found her to be interferring when I was competing at Vale View. I train with Kenneth Clawson and Ian Woodhead, these had told me how to ride my horse in different situations.
Cutting a long story short whilst jumping she started to tell me where I had gone wrong and what I really needed to do. (Horse had actually gone the best he had, if I'd followed her advice it would of been a step backwards) She was trying to instruct me to do complete opposite of what I'd been told!
Don't rate her, why go to the monkey when you can go the organ grinder? She isn't that high on terms of ability at training above and beyond kids.
Try Ian Woodhead for dressgae he teaches at VV about once every three weeks, he's fantastic.
p.s. Caroline did look very embarrassed when I told her who I trained with but it didn't stop her interferring with next competitor who hadn't got a clue who she was.
I had Caroline Moore for one of the BE coaching DT days last year - one of the best days instruction I have had and I don't say that lightly since I have also had sessions with Yogi Breisner and various other decent trainers, so she is def worth a shot. If she was in my area, I would certainly use her regularly.
I've had lessons with Caroline Moore, she used to do regular jumping clinics where I ride. She tends to be quite tough, a lot of the students were a bit scared of her!
Depends what you want to do really, for dressage Sue Carson is fairly local and has a good reputation. I also know that some of Richard Davidson's staff do freelance lessons. Although I didn't really rate the girl I was taught by.....
Having said that if you aren't interesting in a big name I can highly recommend Caroline Green who does freelance work, you'll find her on the register of instructors under staffordshire (probably not too far from you). She's on the BD list, but is great for jumping too.
