You can order the sylibus' off the BDS website, they're not much at all.

At least the horse care sections of BDS and BHS are interchangeable so you don't have to do them twice! lol

Your local LHHI should be able to help you

Ive got the sylabus, someone gave it to me, just can't be bothered with the whole exma ritual- got enough of that through pony club

*Fingers in ears*

What one would dad have to lean me the 4-in-hand. I just want him to let me drive them once, but it migh fool him

How do you get into doing the exams? How do you get examined etc? Been driving for 6yrs would like to do qualifications in it now!

I didn't even know there were driving exams.

I got a Horse Driving Trials job with BHS stages and ND in equine studies. You pretty much pick up driving as you go along.

How do you think instructors get qualified!? lol

Winning competitions?

Honestly don't think anyone I have lessons with have qualifications

I don't much give two hoots what order they think the pair should be put in, the other instructor always is adamant its the other way

Mark is an LHHI. Didn't you have stuff with sara howe for the europeans!?

If it's an older person I don't mind if they've not got the quals, like Johnny Arden, but if they're younger I want them to have at least an advanced certificate. Admittedly my headcoachwoman doesn't have BDS quals but she does have BHS and she was Marks groom for a few seasons

Not sure the fact he is LHHI is what makes him a good teacher.

Had a little bit with her, mainly cones, dressage we use Anna G and Wilf B-R (Got him tommow

) Anna also does Young drivers. Sara is a hoot, we often are with her as Dad is in her class. so funny!

The 2 that are most theory based don't have the qualifications

Compete at ashfields- Lesson with wilf all off winnings/scholarship won

It is SO expensive to have lessons with people coming here though, hence we have them about 5 times a year, which TBH is enough, as I never drive between events and lessons unless I grab a perons to help, and hardly driving keeps bad habits away
