Carriage driving experience

I'm trying to find something for my wonderful other half who is about to turn sixty. I know she would love to drive a four in hand but I've failed to find anything other than singles offered. Does anyone know of a place where pairs+ driving is a possibility?

I do. It comes highly recommended. I'm not sure if they let beginners drive a team though but worth asking.
