i've requested a quite so i'm sure they'll get back to me tmro! (nfu)

My mare is insured by Carriage house, and after a pretty hefty claim earlier in the year i can say that they have been absolutely fantastic. And very reasonable with their exclusions too. Also the vets that my mare went to said that they havent ever encountered issues with this company either. We have our trailer with them too.

Well I used them and had real problems claiming - so wouldn't recommend them or use them again.

Found them very aggressive/unhelpful when I tried to claim.

I'm with them but *touch wood* have never claimed. A friend of mine did though and they payed for pretty much everything (he had a lot of specialists come to see hom as well I think, so pretty hefty!).

I've been with carriagehouse for about 16 years and never had any problem with them.
I've made a few large claims (disaster equines) and always found them to be polite, prompt and professional.

I have both my boys insured with Carrigehouse and had a pretty hefty claim in January this year, they were polite helpful and payed out in full each time there were two seperate payments both withing four days of me sending them my paperwork. Couldnt fault them at all.
