Cartilage Damage Front Hoof

Hi there, I wondered if anyone had any experience with cartilage damage in the front hoof and what they did to help? I am looking at various supplements at the moment and considering a coffin joint injection. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of lameness? I have also been looking up IRAP and PRP which look interesting but I need to do some more research. Thanks all.
