Hate to annoy you all but I'm back! Had a new comp and lost all connections which has taken a while to be fixed but all sorted now.

Have I missed a lot this last fortnight, has Hannah foaled yet etc?!

You've got a bit of catching up to do too! To start with, Dolly the Trolley has gone for a month trial with a lovely lady to help her get her confidence back; judging from the sound of it she is doing that very well and has even been to Tushingham for a bit of a caper round which was entirely new to Dolly but she loved it! I have also, shock horror, sold Dotty! She has gone to a lovely experienced eventing home to try BYEH for starters before she starts competing properly so I'm hoping to catch up with her debut at Burghley next year. I am about to take her off my avatar as I don't think it's fair to use her when she now belongs to someone else. Bless her socks, she walked straight up the ramp last week and she hasn't been in a box since she was a foal; she also unloaded and settled in like a real trooper so I'm keeping everything crossed she has a successful career ahead of her.
I have also sent Joey to school to become a showhorse all being well; he only went on Sunday so you'll have to wait awhile for some pictures when Mel thinks he's ready! In the next box to him is my old Bear, many of you will remember. He's there to be slowly broken as he is now a stunning giant of 17.1! I am so proud of him, he is gorgeous!
Twiggy has been giving me a scare by looking decidedly unpregnant but after a check up, it seems all is well and she's just hiding it from us! I'll uncross everything when she's safely delivered; just like her, she has a sense of humour!
Bea is still waiting while I make up my mind where she is going, bless her; my vet and blacksmith have fallen in love with her! Depending on Twiggy, she'll either take up the free return at End House or she'll go to One More Tiger who is absolutely stunning in the flesh ans should suit her very well.

Think that's about it for now so I'll wait to catch up on all of your news too!

My news is, snoopy is still a dude and jumped two BN's nicely, and jumped his first DC the other week.
Had his 2nd lesson with event rider Joss Gray last weekend and is having more training and BSJA this weekend.
Winston cut his leg on wire last week after bucking wtih delight at the thought of going out in the field, so just recvd my Camrosa Cream because its not healing.

Thats about it, eventing might be put on hold until May at this rate lol I dont like this rain

"waves back wildly!"

Crumbs, that lot sounds as exhausting as my happenings! Why can't life with horses be a bit quiet now and then not exploding all at once?

Bad Winston, expect he only wanted a longer holiday but hope the Camrosa works asap. Good old Snoop though, he sounds a lovely chap!

Be great if you meet up with Dotty in the future (I'm busting a gut with impatience to see her 'doing' things which is strange as I always like youngsters to have lots of time!!)

You wouldn't believe how much I've missed this place too!

Twiggy is in rude health, only just beginning to show the signs though hence the scare; she's due mid April, only two months to go! She also gets baggy ankles in the mornings now which look quite cute along with her pony face!

wondered where you had gone sounds like you have found some wonderful homes for your horses, look forward to seeing how the gorgeous dotty gets on.
i have sold my foal to (eventually) go eventing recently too.

Hi! Well done on selling the foal too. Now I've sold her I'm all impatient for her to be doing something not like me usually!

Saw your Shackle post, not too keen if I'm honest, sorry. If you're thinking of coming that far, have a look at One More Tiger (Haggswood Stud) sorry, can't do links! He is stunning in the flesh (it's where Joey is at school!)

Hi Pat,

I was so pleased for you when I read through this post!

Glad Twiggy is still in foal and stopped making you worry as much. I did think she would start to show all of a sudden, and she has proved me right the little sweetheart! We need some pictures of her as I am sure she is now blooming.

I think having a mare in foal is the best diet in the world... can't eat, can't sleep, stress the weight off and can't think of anything other than waxing udders, soggy bottoms and long vulvas

Hello!!! Bless them all...looks like I've missed out there! If I'd known about you going to End House I would have bid on a covering at the BD ball - it went for £250 for a covering of any stallion of your choice including some of the vets fees - our "tiny" little problem was that we didn't actually have a mare!

We're ok . P has part qualified for BD summer regionals at novice - just need to win another one now! Season will be starting for us at Eland hopefully, then Bradwall, Somerford and all being well first novice at Sansaw beginning of June.

Give Twigs a huge hug - I'm so bogged down with work I barely get a minute to myself, and to top it all off one of us is going to be made redundant in a month! Not nice.

Thanks for that. They always know how to pull the wool over your eyes don't they?!

Hope you don't have too many broken nights for much longer though - I have that to look forward to soon - can't wait!

I will take pic's of Twig and Bea soon, when I've scraped the mud off from every hair they possess, bless the little hippo's; at least they always come in looking very pleased with themselves when they've added a bit more armour plating; the only clean bits are their eyes!

Hello Guys! Great to hear from you again. What a horrid start to the year with redundancy; hope you can find something else very quickly to keep it all on an even keel.

Bless Pulsar; bet he's matured a lot since I last saw him; hope you have a great season with him this time.

I haven't sold Joey; he's just gone to Melanie to be produced for a few shows; it seems a waste to just let him sit in the field as he's maturing into something very nice - even if I say it myself! and she is much better at it than me, plus the fact she can run which I can't as SN will tell you!
